Thank you for shopping with B Positive Handmade. Because of the handmade and personal nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please read the policy below carefully.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect choice, or general wear and tear.
We do, however, comply with consumer guarantees and will happily assist if there is an issue with your order (see Damages and Issues below).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

You received the wrong item
If approved, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate. To report an issue, please contact us at hello@bpositivehandmade.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items
Because our products are handmade and made in small batches, the following items are non‑returnable:

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue covered under Damages and Issues, we will work with you to make it right.
European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days unless the item qualifies for an exemption under EU consumer law (such as handmade, made‑to‑order, or personalised goods).
Where an exemption applies, returns for change of mind will not be accepted. If you believe your order is eligible under EU consumer protections, please contact us at hello@bpositivehandmade.com.
Refunds
If a refund is approved due to a defect, damage, or error on our part, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
